utoken (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy and data security.

when you use our Multi-Party Computation (MPC) wallet product, utoken wallet.
By using this product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We do NOT collect, store, or upload any of the following information:
- Your private keys, seed phrases, or raw signing materials;
- Complete key information that may allow direct control over your on-chain assets;
- Your on-chain asset balances or transaction history (unless explicitly authorized for specific features).
All key operations are performed locally using MPC protocols.
Key shards remain on participating devices, and we cannot access or reconstruct the full private key.
2. Information We May Collect
We may collect necessary information to ensure core functionality, improve the user experience, or meet compliance requirements:
- Device & Log Information: device model, OS version, app version, network type, crash logs, and performance logs.
- Usage Data: feature usage frequency, navigation paths (excluding on-chain private data).
- Account or Team Data (if applicable): account identifiers, team names, member relations, and permission settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and optimize utoken wallet;
- To improve security, reliability, and user experience;
- To enable team collaboration, permissions, and approval workflows (if applicable);
- To analyze anonymized or de-identified usage statistics;
- To comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
We do NOT sell, rent, or misuse your data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
4. Information Storage & Security
- We do not generate, transmit, or store private keys on our servers;
- MPC key shards stay only on user devices with encrypted communication;
- We employ industry-standard encryption and access controls;
- We store only the minimum data required to operate the service.

We may integrate with services such as:
- Blockchain nodes and explorers;
- Push notification or analytics services;
- Authentication or collaboration services.
